OUR FOUNDERS
Kevin has been a professional chef since 1999, and is co-founder of The Potato Bar Bruges. His love for mixing music automaticly became a love for mixing flavours. Expect very unusual combinations of tastes, but with great respect for the Belgian cuisine!
Ramses has been a professional chef since 1998, and is co-founder of The Potato Bar Bruges. In a true Burgundy tradition Ramses knows all about hospitality and Belgian food. Expect surprising flavours, all prepared with the greatest love & respect for the potato!
